- MEDICAL AID
We aim to make the administrative side of your care as smooth and stress-free as
possible. Below is an overview of how billing and medical aid processing works.
Medical Aid
- We work with most major South African medical aid schemes.
- Please bring your valid medical aid card and ID or Passport to your appointment.
- Pre-authorisation may be required for certain procedures. Our team will assist you.
- It remains the patient’s responsibility to confirm benefits and available cover with their medical aid provider.
Billing
- Consultation fees are charged at private specialist rates.
- Co-payments, if applicable, will be discussed in advance.
- Payment for consultations is due at the time of your visit unless other arrangements have been made.
- Accepted payment methods include EFT, debit, and credit cards and cash.
Medical Reports & Scans
- If additional imaging (X-ray, CT scan and MRI) or reports are required, these may be billed separately by the imaging provider.
- We can refer you to trusted radiology partners and assist with appointment coordination.
